Use of Thin Client and/or PcAnywhere to troubleshoot and configure systems remotely.
If systems have AMS installed this can be used to troubleshoot and configure instrumentation remotely.
Troubleshooting of devices connecting to Control Systems including but not limited to instrumentation, control valves, PLC’s, variable frequency drives, etc.
Network troubleshooting including software setup problems (ie. IP addressing, routers, etc.)
Startup services for initial startup and expansion startups
